What does Amazon Shift Helper actually do?▼
It runs in your Chrome browser on Amazon's hiring portal. When you press Start, it watches for shifts in the locations you chose. When a matching shift appears, it detects it and, if you're watching, works through the application steps automatically — from the initial page right through to the Submit button. It stops at the final assessment so you complete that step yourself.
Does this guarantee I'll get a shift?▼
No. No tool can guarantee that. Amazon's hiring system has many factors (volume of applicants, internal rules, region-specific processing). The extension makes you faster and removes the manual clicking — but you're still competing with others for the same shifts. Speed matters, and the extension gives you that edge.
Is it a Chrome extension?▼
Yes. It loads in Chrome (and Chromium-based browsers like Edge and Brave) using "Developer mode." It's not on the Chrome Web Store — you download it directly and load it manually, which is a common and perfectly normal way to use Chrome extensions.
Does it work on my phone?▼
No. Chrome mobile does not support extensions. It works on desktop Chrome on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Legality & rules
Is this against Amazon's rules?▼
Automation like this may conflict with Amazon's Terms of Service or Terms of Use for their hiring portal. We cannot guarantee it won't. Every user is responsible for understanding and accepting the risks associated with using automated tools on any third-party platform. The extension stops at the assessment specifically so a real person completes the final evaluation steps.
Will Amazon detect me using this?▼
The extension runs entirely in your browser and does not bypass CAPTCHAs or security checks. Amazon may collect behavioral analytics, and no tool can make that risk zero. Use it at your own discretion.
Can I get banned?▼
It's possible, yes. Amazon controls their platform and can take action on accounts they believe are using automated tools. We are not responsible for any consequences to your Amazon account. Please consider this before purchasing.
Licensing & payments
How does the license key work?▼
After purchase you receive a unique license key by email. Enter it once in the extension's License tab and click Activate. The key is tied to one device. The extension validates it against LemonSqueezy every 24 hours — if your subscription is cancelled or expires, the license deactivates and the extension stops working automatically.
Can I use one key on multiple devices?▼
No. Each key activates on 1 device only. If you need to move to a different computer, deactivate the key on the first device first, then activate on the new one.
What payment methods do you accept?▼
All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal — depending on your region.
Can I cancel anytime?▼
Yes. You can cancel your subscription directly from your LemonSqueezy account. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, the license key is deactivated and the extension stops.
What's your refund policy?▼
Refund requests within 14 days of purchase are honored, no questions asked. Contact us at amazonshifthelper@gmail.com with your order email and we'll process it promptly.

What browser do I need?▼
Chrome on Windows, macOS, or Linux. Also works on Edge and Brave (any Chromium-based browser). Firefox is not supported.
Does the extension send my Amazon data anywhere?▼
No. Everything runs locally in your browser. The only external network call is the license validation against LemonSqueezy's API (to check your key is active). No Amazon login, session, or personal data is transmitted.
Why does it stop at the assessment?▼
Amazon's assessments are designed to verify a real person is answering. Automating that step would cross a clear ethical line and likely violate platform rules. We leave that final step to you — the extension handles everything before it.
Can I update the extension after buying?▼
Yes. When we release updates, you can re-download the latest zip from your LemonSqueezy account. Reload the extension in chrome://extensions to apply the update. Your settings and license stay intact.
How do I install it?▼
