From purchase to your first auto-applied shift in under 5 minutes. Works on Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Grab the zip file — no purchase needed to download:

Go to the pricing page and buy Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. Checkout is powered by Whop (secure, handles all payments).
Right after checkout, Whop shows your unique license key (long string of characters) — copy it now. It's also saved in your Whop account anytime (log in at whop.com → your profile → Orders).
Double-click the zip file. This creates a folder called amazon-shift-helper on Windows, macOS, or Linux.
Open that folder and check you can see manifest.json inside it (along with files like background.js and popup.js). If you see it, you're in the right folder.
For macOS: right-click the zip and choose "Open With → Archive Utility" if double-click doesn't work. For Windows/Linux: right-click → "Extract All" / "Extract Here".
Keep this folder in a spot you won't delete (e.g. Documents/AmazonShiftHelper). The extension needs it to stay in place.
Type this into your Chrome address bar and press Enter:
chrome://extensions
Make sure "Developer mode" toggle is ON (top-right corner of the page).
Click the "Load unpacked" button (top-left). In the file picker, navigate into the amazon-shift-helper folder you unzipped — the one that shows manifest.json — and click Select Folder / Open.
Tip: select the folder whose contents include manifest.json. Don't select the zip file itself, or a folder that contains other folders instead of the files.
You should see "Amazon Shift Helper" appear in your extensions list with a red clock icon.
Click the extension icon in Chrome's toolbar (puzzle piece → Amazon Shift Helper). Go to the "License" tab.
Paste your license key and click "Activate". You should see a green "Active" status.
Go to the "Hiring search" tab in the popup. Enter your locations (e.g. Brampton,ON; Sidney,BC), set your scan interval, and click "Start".
Keep the Amazon hiring tab open. The extension handles the rest.
The extension works wherever Chrome runs.

You haven't activated yet. Go to the License tab in the popup, paste your key, and click Activate.
Make sure you're on a hiring.amazon.ca page. The extension only runs on that specific site. Also reload the hiring tab after loading the extension.
You selected the wrong folder. Chrome needs the folder that directly contains manifest.json — that's the amazon-shift-helper folder you unzipped. If you double-clicked inside it and saw another folder, open until you see the files themselves, then select that folder.
This shouldn't happen if Developer mode is on, but if it does, go to chrome://extensions and click "Load unpacked" again (same folder).
